What is the style of the programme?

You will be shown tasks and activities that you can run with students on your return and you will be provided with the experience and materials to make changes to your approach as soon as you return to your institution/university. The style will be very inclusive, so you will be asked to share, and get involved. Most of the work will be undertaken in small groups, which will allow you to work with everyone on the programme and experience different teaching methods together. What happens after the residential programme?
You will leave the programme with a clear idea of how to fulfil your 3EP commitment (project) successfully. You will be connected with a mentor who will help you and you will be supported to complete this, so that you can be awarded your “fellowship” status.
Attending 3EP enabled me to broaden my international network and learn about the differences and similarities in approach to enterprise education across the European Union in order to benchmark best practice
