This programme is supported under the Competiveness and Innovation Programme of the European Commission therefore we are delighted to offer highly competitive rates for 3EP, including the attendance at the residential Summer Academy.

Payment
The fee is payable by debit/credit card or bank transfer/invoice. After applying for your place at the programme you will receive an email directing you to make payment via JJ Strossmayer University website. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be subject to a charge after 1st May 2012 and cancellations after 1st August 2012 will not be refunded. However delegate places may be transferred in writing to another named person.
Full details of the cancellation policy are outlined as follows. If a claim for a refund is requested:
- Before 1st May 2012: full fee is returned;
- Before 1st August 2012: 50% of the fee is returned;
- After 1st August 2012: refunds will not be issued.
If a delegate is unable to attend, they may substitute another member of their organisation.
3EP reserve the right to modify or cancel the European Annual Summer Academies if unforeseen circumstances arise. A full refund will be offered in this case.
